We have made our online Irrigation Scheduler free to the industry. Our irrigation scheduler allows you to compare the irrigation needs of different blocks in an "apples to apples" manner. All of the complexity of trellis types, row spacings, emitter number and emitter rates is distilled into a single useful number for you to use in making irrigation decisions: "percent ET." Reference ET and growing degree days from budbreak are automatically drawn from your nearest CIMIS station. You can enter and save your block specs, create an irrigation schedule, save your parameters for next time, and print out a report for your irrigator.
The PremiereVision irrigation scheduler uses the classic Evapotranspiration (ET) model combined with the new crop coefficients developed by Dr. Larry Williams of the University of California.
